World Record Stunt Coverage In Great Shape

With three weeks left until Sammy’s world record setting stunt (August 6) to manipulate 300 cards in 90 seconds blindfolded, media coverage has exceeded Sammy and his publicity team’s expectations. Here are the highlights so far:

Fox News Rising

At FOX Charlotte’s “FOX News Rising” on July 16, Sammy discusses his upcoming challenge and even adds some magic to the show.

Sammy’s segment is #1 on the Fox News Rising webpage.

Video is also on the top ten list on the FOX Charlotte website.

WHKY

Out of Sammy’s hometown, WHKY carries an exclusive feature about the upcoming stunt. Story is broadcast just moments before the Rush Limbaugh program started on July 7 and is featured on the front page of the website.

The Mountain Times

Sammy’s story has also makes the front page of the publication serving Boone and Blowing Rock, NC — home of Appalachian State. Sammy is starting his last year at Appalachian State next month, where he studies Broadcast.

Based out of Boone NC also, MTN is the only news channel in the High Country. Sammy is given nearly 15 minutes for a feature.

High Country Radio

Out of Sammy’s college town, the High Country radio carries a feature on July 12 about Sammy’s upcoming stunt.

Sammy’s campaign has only started and the Publicity Team is in talks with large outlets to cover the stunt live as it happens as well following the stunt.
